iTalk probelms

Having some problems with my iTalk that I have never had before.
I download the iTalk Sync program. My iPhone and my computer are connected to the same wireless.. It finds my iPhone as I double click on it as it is asked iphone. I get this message: "Couldn't connect to iPhone." I have updated both programs fully, redownloaded italk sync on computer (I would on phone too, but I don't want to loose my recordings I have), powered down both my iphone and computer. Reset network setting on my phone. Nothing seems to be working! Suggestions please and THANK YOU

figured it out! in case anyone runs into this you can access all your recordings through itunes under the apps tab. transfering is 10x faster than transfering over wifi. Should have thought about this right away. I hope this can help someone
