I ordered the canopus converter from apple, all was going well until I came home from work and looked at the apple tracking page which said it was delivered. I phoned Lynx told them that I don't have it and there was no card in my letter box! the women at lynx phoned the driver who said it was delivered to a house and not a block of flats!!!!
The next day I saw a lynx van pull up, I assumed he picked it up. He told my that he can't get hold of the person that signed for it and said he didn't know why he would of delivered it to number 36..... he said that it will go thru lynx insurance!
Even more puzzling! there is no 36 on my road.....
Thing is, this has lost me money.. I was converting as part of a job!!! can I claim?
