Item Info Question

Hello,

I switched recently to Mac (1 week) and loving it.

I enabled "Show item info" for Macintosh HD and Time Machine Drive, but the capacity line is broken with "..." (see screenshot).

Is there a way to make the line/string fully visible?

btw, I'm running latest version (10.5.6) with all updates.

(I'm comfortable using terminal btw, if I need to; just need command lines)

I know exactly what you're talking about, and it's annoying as all heck... Or maybe I'm just OCD

Try this: Right click the desktop, and choose "Show View Options." For "Text Size," select a value other than 12pt. Mine is 13pt and the details show up again... Go figure.

aha, thanx a lot for the help.

only 2 font sizes worked, 11 and 14.

just for the record, is there a way to keep it 12 but still showing the full line?
