I've moved my "Downloads" folder to a different (internal) drive, and when I would like to delete files from that folder, it never puts them to the trash. Instead, it asks me if I'm sure I'd like to delete that folder/files/document.

Is there a way to change this? I like to put things to the trash and check them again later.

Thanks, this looks pretty complicated however, what is it doing exactly?
I'm scared of deleting something when using Terminal.

It seems like the threads is about a bug also, rather than something that I believe is normal (my case). It was always like that when there's different drives I believe. Well, not always. But I've known this for a very very long time, pre-OS X time I believe.
