iTether does not work for iPad via iPhone 4?

I was able to work with Macbook Pro and Air but on the iPad I could not get it to work by turning off WiFi and Turning on Bluetooth. Advise? Is there a cable that has the end using the iPhone style of connection and iPhone Style connection on the iPad? Essentially it is not USB end of the cable.

Maybe eBay could source it. I doubt it's common though. What about the camera kit USB?

It won't work with the iPad since you have to install client software for it to work
