iTMS+GB integration idea

I think there has been a thread on this before and someone posted a website where you could submit your music and for a small fee they would put it on the iTMS for you and give you a portion of the profits or something like that.

I thought that site was only for indie labels and other small professional music makers. This service would be for anyone.
