iPod iTMS Question ...

Currently I have $5.75 leftover in my account from an iTMS $20 card. I wanted to buy some games for my iPod but in Australia it's going to cost me $7.49 ... this is what annoys me the most about iTMS purchases over here because you always have an obscure amount left over (songs are $1.69). I wanted to know if I could just deposit 2 bucks from my bank account into my music store account or what the easiest way to go about this was so that I can make use out of that $5.75.

You could buy yourself an allowance or gift certificate. Unfortunately they don't let you buy just a tiny amount, in the .au store the smallest chunk is $20.

Is there any way to split the purchase between a credit card and the $5.75 ?

Yes. If you buy a $16.99 album then it'll take your $5.75, plus $11.24 from the card. I presume a game would work the same way and take $1.74 from the card.
