I am having a problem with all of the music that I bought before I got my .Mac accout. It won't play. I have contacted Apple through the support page and the first time they told me that I needed the newest version of Quicktime to play and then I replied to that and told them that I had it, but some of the music still won't play. I last submitted a problem on July 8, 4 days ago, and I got the email saying that they got my submission but have not heard anything since then. Would any of you know of a way to get ahold of them to see what my staus is?
