Replacing a cracked screen. More difficult than I though. Any thoughts as how to glue it back together. Having difficulty with the two-sided tape and getting everything back flush. Also, FYI heating it back up is not good because it will separate the LCD and digitizer, and thats not good on a 4g!

Any thoughts?

Take it to an authorised repairer, my only thought.
