My son tried to buy an application from the app store and it informed him that he needed to verify payment information. The information was all wrong, saying that we live in Canada. It would not allow me to change the country/region. After researching, it suggested a new account. We opted for that because we were going to sync to his new computer anyway, so starting over on his library was fine.
I set up a new account for him with the correct information. All seemed fine. However, even after multiple syncing sessions and restarts of both the iTunes computer application and the iTouch, the old incorrect account is still showing on the iTouch application. The correct account is displaying in iTunes just fine and it reports a successful sync. I have tried launching iTunes before connecting the iTouch. I tried connecting the iTouch first and then launching iTunes and signing in. Nothing seems to be working. Please advise.
