iPod touch iTouch/iPhone & Video Conferrencing

I think it be way cool to have video conferencing ability on the iPod Touch and iPhone via Skype or iChat client. Does anyone think it likely Apple would add a video camera integrated into the front face or display of the next itouch/iphone revision? This would be WAY COOL and seems so "Apple".

For the current iTouch/iPhone does anyone know of a wired or bluetooth cam and a video conference app?

I hope Apple also includes GPS in the next iPod Touch.

I think that it would be really neat to have this. I also think that it is possible. As a side note, a camera on the front has been rumored before.
