itouch library transfer

My HP laptop was stolen and now I do not know how can I sync my iPod touch with the new HP laptop without losing all music and pics that are currently on. Do you know any soft on line or to buy that can help me to transfer safely all data from the iPod touch to my new laptop?:

well if your iPod is jailbroken.
if not, use one of the third party iPod rippers, but every one I have tried wouldn't work with my touch
