iPod touch itouch will sync but i can not open the windo

just as the tittle says when the itouch connects it will sync up but when i click on the place to open the sync options it does nothing. it will open everything else up but the sync page like where you select what your want to sync.

Anyway, are you letting the iPod finish syncing before you try to get into those tabs? I'm not sure but maybe you can't get in there while its syncing. Hmm, anyone else have any ideas?
