Back story .
I got iMac 2017 and transferred everything from my 2007 Mac Mini (running Lion).
I created an Admin profile and I did safe deletion of my old profile and deleted all my files .
Hard drive in Mac Mini is 380 gig 7200 rpm upgraded internal hard-drive with maybe 300 gig used . So I started this safe deletion 3 weeks ago thinking it would take a day or two and now it’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not done . I move the mouse around and stuff and it’s still going . My wife Said I should give up and try again but I don’t know , it’s not really harming anything , but I do wonder how long is it going to take .
Any suggestions ....
