Ok, its the 1st and all, but we need official news on when they are going to release it I'm getting 'ants in my pants' waiting for it!!!
 
When they said February...I immediately said, "Ok, February 29th then..."

It is what it is.

im sure i read that it will be released at the end duno if that was official....
but would be nice to hear/read something on it coz my iphone icons want to wiggle so native apps!!
o i can dream :)

i want some news about flash hmm......... :cool:

Did the announcement even say it would be February 2008?

Patience is a virtue my friend!

Steve Jobs stated in the keynote that the SDK would arrive in late February, not late 1st of February!
 
Hold your horses! :) It's just February 1st. Steve did say in Macworld that the SDK will released in late February.

My apologies. I have clearly looked past the fact that he said late February!

I would be nice if they released a little taster of whats to come today!
 
At least February is a short month.;) But it should be a good one for me, iMac and SDK at the end of the month.

Well think about it. Even if you missed the "late February" portion of the annoucement are you really thinking that come 2/1 Apple would release this before 8 a.m. PST?
 
Why wait?

The offial SDK will come with some serious catches and gotchas.

Maybe so ;) However, I personally think that the SDK has already been in the hands of the big key developers for some time now. When the SDK is released, the first batch of 3rd party software will be released along with it.

But that's just me :)

I'm just hoping the SDK release will bring alongside it a quiet upgrade or addition of a 16g model. *fingers, toes and other valuables crossed* :eek:
 
I want this SDK as much as the rest of you. I hate that we will probably have to pay, but that's how it works. Hopefully its not the last day of February, short month or not, its still 29 days away...
 
When Apple tell you a month, its pretty much guaranteed its gonna happen on the last couple of days of that month lol.
