This is that time every year we look forward to. Stupid (obvious) fake leaks, and some half way legit ones, it's that time when everything starts happening right before the announcement. It's just cool to step back and look at the situation.

I'm really excited. :)
 
Personally I am over the hype of it.

Got an new smartphone a couple days ago to take the edge off with a 30 day return policy in case the iPhone 5 wow's me with a 4 inch screen.

Having a new phone really takes the tension off of waiting since I already have a new phone to customize and if the new iPhone disappoints me I'll just keep my new device...
 
I know I am foaming at the mouth, can not freaking wait. Counting down the days to Oct 11th the big news conference and reveal.
 
The Nexus is really the only Android device I would consider. But if the Nexus Prime is only at Verizon, I'm sticking to iPhone.

One week after the iPhone5 announcement, let all the teens and grandmas who still buy iPhone's have their week of Apple orgasm, then let the real tech Gods show off a phone only Commander Data from the 24th century could produce, the Nexus-Three :)

<yawn> Yet another Android phone. I'm sure they'll sell dozens of them. There's not one Android phone out there that can outsell even the 3GS and it's two friggin' years old!

And McDonald's sells the most hamburgers, but I wouldn't call them original or good, sort of like the iPhone lately, LOL, they are the McDonald's smartphone, for the masses.

I prefer the less popular, but better tasting Android "nexus" filet mignon.

It's not the same thing at all. McDs sells because it's cheap. The iPhone is no cheaper than any other device out there.

poor Android wants attention. Too bad it relatively barely gets any, maybe that's why it's the "me too!" device.

Anyway OP, i too have that feeling, and i absolutely can't wait. T minus 6 days!

Enjoying this time as well...I'm pretty excited. Especially since I just sold my iPhone 4. All that's left on my "To Do" list is order my iPhone 5 :)
 
My routine:

Tuesday morning, go to starbucks and get my luxury coffee(typically only reserved for weekend).

Go to work and pretend that I am busy working on something.

Tune in for apple live presentation.

Look at iPhone 5 for the first time.

mac-gasm time!!!!!!!!
 
In fact, this weekend, I am just gonna wish that weekend just flies by. THIS does not happen often.
