It's just a folder

Folders I created in mail just went south on me. That is I finally got the ability to get all mail again but seem to have lost the folders I created. I had stored some messages in them too. It just makes one curious as to where they went, Anyone know anything about this?

Do you have a Time Machine backup you can recover them from?

Yes, I do use the time capsule

Have you taken a look at Macintosh HD / Users / YourUsernameHere / Library / Mail / "mail account name (e.g.: IMAP-andy.sorwotzki@imap.gmail.com)" and seen you folders in there, either on the actual Mac under your actual user account or on the backup you have?
