Just for all of us to be strung along yet again.
I have been waiting for some of these features forever now, the least they could do is give us an actual ****ing release date for the firmware.

Sigh.
 
I think its better to take a month longer than go thru what we did with 2.0
That was a nightmare, I had to restore my Iphone every 2-3 days and syncs thru itunes would take 45 minutes.
 
Did anybody around here see The Soup this past week? (I didn't see it mentioned around here anywhere and can't find a clip)

Basically it was Joel McHale screaming at a "Steve Jobs" type character "GIVE US A DATE!!!"

I was laughing hysterically while my girlfriend just stared at me and shook her head...
 
you know, i bet it drops monday, we have gone through 5 betas, they just wrapped up push testing, and i bet they don't want their servers to explode when the new iphone comes out, last year was ridiculous, and they should give us a big software update earlier than a new phone.
 
Threads like this amuse me. If you actually follow Apple then you aren't being strung along. If you actually follow Apple and do some observation you will see that they are a rather predictable company and you can get a good general idea of a time frame. But, at the end of the day, no one is going to explode if it doesn't come on a certain day vs. another, so it's all good.

settle down pal, no need to freak out. i think everyone here knew the features when they bought the phone...the world isnt going to end!
 
The people who complain about not having a release date, or taking too long, would be the same one complaining on MacRumors how 3.0 is soo buggy or sucks. Its funny how you can't with with some people!:rolleyes:

So they should guess a date when they will have it ready, then miss it, so you can moan that Apple lied to you?
