I was reading the Chrome release notes and noticed that Chrome 104 will no longer support El Capitan or Sierra. Details:
I tested a Sierra machine and if you have a machine running either 10.11 or 10.12, when Chrome updates itself to 102 you will get the banner infobar. It shows the message every time you launch the browser (you can attempt to get rid of it by trying the solutions on this page):
