I installed Ventura PB1 on top of my very well-running Monterey 12.5 today. All went well, and everything works, well, sort of.

All my applications work, except for of course Deeper and OnyX, which will need a macOS-specific version to function. And then funny enough, my good ol' trusty Unison stopped working with an interesting message that "Unison is damaged and can't be opened" - never seen that before.

I literally opened all my apps, and at least they start up, and they seem to work - everything from Abobe to Focal to MetroExudux to Plex.

Internet has been a bit funky; I have one Ethernet on my Mac Studio which usually is used for a direct 10GbE connection to my NAS, and I connect to my LAN/Internet via an Ethernet card in my Sonnet Echo Express TB3 box (which is connected to my Mac Studio via TB3). Hence I have two Ethernet connections running, as well as my Thunderbolt Bridge to my other NAS. Ventura sort of screws all of this up, and I have had to disable the Ethernet card in my Sonnet, and use the built-in Ethernet in my Mac Studio for LAN/Internet. With the many comments on Internet issues, I reckon this will fall into place in the next Beta. I do not use Little Snitch...

So there it is, Ventura PB1 works, all of my applications work, and it is not faster or slower than Monterey, at least not to me.
