iPod iTumes 7 wont install

i just go my new nano and i need iTunes 7 to put music on it and it wont let me install it. something about not being able to install quicktime. and a box pops up and says iTunes Installer (Elevated). Please help.

A PC. i had the previous iTunes. I deleted it before i try installing iTunes 7

My sister's PC had the same problem updating iTunes. She said the problem probably surfaced after updating Windows. Anyways, you could try removing iTunes/Quicktime completely (including any lingering registry keys) and try reinstalling.
