iTunes 10.1 buttons missing text

I just got done upgrading my iTunes (Windows 7) to v10.1.0.54 and all of my buttons and various other text appears blank.

I've tried uninstalling iTunes and the Apple Application Support and reinstalling to no success. Anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?
