iTunes 10.3 beta not showing up on Apple's site for download

Well it shows here well enough:

But once you click the download button, you get to the download page for 10.2.2..

This happens every time there is an update. Also I suspect 'beta' is referring to the cloud functions rather than iTunes.

It says it's 10.3 but then goes to 10.2.2 strange.
