iTunes 10.3 not syncing purchases with iPhone

Downloaded iTunes 10.3, turned the setting on in the iPhone, but still no syncing. Has anyone else tried to do this yet with success?

I had a problem on my touch where the new itunes told me it was sync'd with another library and I had to erase and sync it again. That was fun.

Found the problem. I thought it would sync songs that are part of the new "already purchased" program. Not the case. iTunes will only sync new music you buy. Free apps work too
