iTunes 10.4 dual audio problem

Hey everyone.

I have an m4v video with 2 audio tracks, one an AC-3 5.1 for playing on the AppleTV and an AAC 2ch for playing on my ipad/macbook. Since upgrading, I have two issues. One the video is automatically being sent to ATV, even though I have Computer selected in the airplay mode. I manually switch it back to computer and I have picture but no sound from the AAC track on my computer. This worked until I upgraded iTunes. I have yet to upgrade to Lion. I

Am I missing something? Is it a Lion/Snow Leopard issue with the new itunes?

Any suggestions wold be appreciated.

Update-

The Mac OS X 10.6.8 Supplemental Update fixed the first issue with sending selection straight to appleTV. Now I just have the issue with having no sound from my aac 2.0 track.

Anyone?
