iTunes 10.5 bug: column browser

I don't know since what version but it must be a more recent bug because I didn't notice it ever before.

1. You focus on an arbitrary item in a column browser by clicking on it
2. Press a letter on the keyboard so the focus jumps to some other item (preferably far away from the first one)
3. Then if you try to scroll you expect the scrolling starts from the focused item... well, wrong The scrolling starts from the item you clicked on before.

Very annoying, I hope it will be fixed soon.

You are not alone. I am with you on this one.

I am not sure what you mean by a column browser though in this context, I see this issue in the artist or album list.

That's it Genre/artist/album list .. in iTunes they call it "Column browser" if you look at the menu View->Column Browser.

Experiencing the same problems! Annoying to use. Hope this gets fixed.

(also having problems with the full screen visualizer - the mouse arrow never disappears)

Works for me in 10.5.2
