Hey Gang,

So, what's the order needed to get everything working in the new ecosystem today?

Do I have this flow right?

iTunes 10.5 --> iOS 5
Lion 10.7.2 --> iCloud

iOS 5 + iCloud = syncing

iOS 5 + iTunes 10.5 = wifi syncing

Is there a mandatory Airport Extreme patch I don't know about?

Is there a link out there yet for MobileMe ID transfers to iCloud? Right now I have 2 Apple identities (which to be honest really sucks).

Looking forward to updating my Apple Ecosystem. 1 Mac Mini, 1 AirPort Extreme, 1 iPhone 4, 2 iPad 2s.

:apple:

I like to keep things simple. No hub bub. I already have iOS 5 on my iPad, and iTunes beta, so all I need to do is install the Lion upgrade to start using those cloud features. Simple as that.

I'm sure all of your questions will be answered shortly. You might be over thinking this. :)

AirPort updates

I'm looking for any AirPort updates, too. My 4th gen AirPort Extreme keeps yelling at me that my MobileMe info is wrong. I've updated it 4 times. This time it looks like it's accepting it (green status now) but it isn't showing up on my remote machines as being accessible.

Looks like AirPorts don't work with iCloud right now. :(

Edit: Just realized this was in the iPad discussion (got here from Google). I'll post it in the right place.
