I've never used the Genius Playlist feature but figured I'd give it a try on my iPhone and it told me to enable it on iTunes but the button in the bottom right corner is greyed out and I can't find any other option to enable it. What should I do? Reinstall iTunes?

I've never used genius playlists, but here's the thing. Unless you have a 4s or earlier running iOS 6 or earlier you aren't syncing to iTunes.

Consequently, if you can't sync your iPhone to iTunes how are genius playlists going to work with your device?

I have a 3Gs mate. I had a 5s but it got stolen.

Ahhh!

That makes a difference then.

Is your iPhone hooked up to iTunes when you try this?
Just plugged it in. This a weird. I'm just going to remove iTunes via appzaper and reinstall
