Can this be true? When you watch a movie in full screen mode in iTunes 10, you can no longer hit CMD-1 to get the original size and CMD-2 to get the double size, it automatically fills the whole screen (which looks blurry sometimes). I can't believe Apple omitted this functionality. I'd rather have the big black bars around the picture when I watch a concert on the 24" iMac.
 
Strange...the menu option is still there, but grayed out...:confused:

Anyway, I found a solution. Right click on the video when it’s playing, choose “Open Video in New Window” and then you can change the size (though not when you’re in full screen, unfortunately).
