so looking at the screen shots of the new iTunes 10, there is no option for the Home Sharing introduced in iTunes 9. Does this mean that they have now removed it and you have to go back to the good old USB drive to share music and apps between computers in the same household?

Is this a mistake on apples part, removing a very useful feature for muti-PC and iPod households?
Did anyone use this feature?
Does anyone care?

Likely it will no longer be an option, but a standard part. We haven't had a chance to look into it since 10 isn't available yet. Once it is, we can answer better.

The iTunes 10 pages will show mostly what's new... home sharing is likely still there, there's no reason for it not to be.

If you can't find it in iTunes in the menus anywhere, the help guide should be able to help, I guess :)

Make sure all computers have the same account name for home sharing. I beleive after the update the account name reverts back to your iTunes account instead of the home sharing account.
