I saw this video, it explained why I couldn't restore even after DFU crap:p

Everyone is freaking out just like me, heart racing and crap

Tell you what, this guy who made this video is the bomb for those who get iTunes error codes like this video I made

I ended up taking my iPhone 4 downstairs and hooked it up to our family iMac and it finally restored. I'll attempt to sync it with the 27" in my study later tonight and see what happens.
