iTunes 11.1.1 crashes when entering full screen

I am running iTunes 11.1.1 and OS X 10.8.5. My iTunes program crashes every time I try to send a movie, TV show or music video to full screen.

This happens whether I click the arrow inside the iTunes video window or select the command from the Menu. They all open fine with Quick Time and VLC.

I tried deleting the preference lists, turning off everything in my start up list, deleted and reinstalled iTunes and creating a new user.

I'd appreciate hearing from anyone else has this problem and knowing what you did to fix it?
