iTunes 11 and IPhone Unlocked screen?

So I noticed that ITunes 11 no longer shows the "Congratulations your Iphone has been unlocked" screen. Or is it just me?

I know my phones are unlocked as I have spoken with Apple and they have verified them.

Anyone seen otherwise when they restore there phone?
