iTunes 11 - Genres appearing wrong?!?

Ok, strange problem happening, only seems to happen with certain tracks, no relation to whether they're purchased AAC, mpeg, standard AAC etc...

Basically the genre keeps appearing wrong; which automatically fixes itself if either I:

1) Play the track
2) 'Get Info'

e.g. here:

Let's take 'Let Go' by Aruna:

Not how it appears as 'Dance'... in actual fact I have changed the genre to 'Trance'. When I right-click 'Get Info'...

Oh yeah, it's Trance.

This is peculiar and only happening to some songs. I cannot work it out. Argh!

iTunes 12 Genres Appearing Wrong

I have been having the exact same issue in both iTunes 11 and 12. It happens with the same few albums (about 20 out of my collection of hundreds). Did you (or anyone) ever find out how to stop this?
