Hello everyone,
So my purchased history in the new iTunes11 purchase page are not there.
I bought an album a while back, "Spanish Breakfast" by "Rone", which I forgot to backup! When I try to purchase it again, it says,
"You have already purchased this item. If you can't find it in your iTunes library, you can redownload the items from your Purchases"
There is an option to either "cancel" or clicked "purchased". I click "purchased" which takes me to my Purchased history page. But the screen is blank and the album is not there and nor can it be found by searching my Purchased Items. In fact, none of my other previously purchased albums are there either.
How do I redownload my albums? Can anyone help? Thanking you in advance.
