iTunes 11 Store - shared playlists and collections question.

I am aware that Ping! was killed off but did they also kill shared music playlists?
You used to be able to search to store and also look at other peoples playlists, is this feature gone?

Also with regards to the store Apple used to have loads of collection i.e. 90's, 00's, metal, rock etc. etc. are these gone too? I was trying to find them but couldn't no amount of googling or searching has helped.

Any ideas?
