Have to admit, not super happy iTunes 12.2 broke my library. Just updated from 12.1.x to 12.2 last night. Now I have two problems syncing to my iPhone.
1) Album artwork doesn't sync. Well some of my artwork doesn't sync. I haven't found a common factor in why some artwork syncs and others don't.
2) Newly added albums that I happened to "convert to mp3" using the iTunes menu, are showing up as "missing" (the "!" icon next to each track). The album artwork is there, album title is there, the music is there, except clicking on a track brings up the "iTunes cannot find in the file" and you can choose to locate it. Which is what I've done. iTunes finds the music after I locate it. However I have to do this to about 10 new albums I ripped.

Anyone one else having these two problems?

Can I "restore" the older iTunes 12.1.x from Time Machine? Is it as simply as entering Time Machine and restoring iTunes from a day ago? Do I have to restore anything else? Will my current 12.2 "library" get messed up if I restore iTunes from a 12.1.x backup? Thanks!
