iTunes 12.2 launching randomly?

I installed Yosemite on my 2007 AL iMac this week. So far, all is well. However a few times iTunes (latest) has just started on its own. No click -- in fact, no one at the iMac. Once, I quit it and a few minutes later it was on. No peripherals, no idea what's causing this. And it's not a start-up item.

Anyone else have this happen?

This has happened to my 2009 once since I upgraded to 10.10.4. I restarted my computer and it hasn't happened again. Yet.
