iTunes 12.5.1.21 Erratic Behavior

Anyone else having issues with the newest iTunes update (v12.5.1.21) misbehaving? I cannot get my iTunes player to quit shuffling random songs in my library. I also cannot get iTunes to play straight through an album or even a playlist without either 1) stopping playback after one song or 2) shuffling to some other random song. I have shut off Genius Shuffle, regular shuffle, etc. Problems still happen. Really irritating. Stupid update.

I'm on a 2011 MBP (8,3) running OSX 10.11.6.

I had this problem, then saw there are three separate shuffle controls in album view - one on the right-hand side in the album data row, one on the right directly underneath the album art, and then one in the iTunes play bar at the top. Make sure all are deselected, and it should now play through albums and playlists in order.
