I have done my best to ignore how bloated iTunes has become over the years, but 12.6.2.20 is just loathsome. I absolutely hate the way the search function works now, so much slower and demanding multiple clicks to select before your tracks show up - just garbage. But the very worst has been a recent problem where stupid iTunes actually cannot find a track that is right there... and no, I did not misspell or otherwise make a mistake. Dumb iTunes simply could not find the track.
Bottom line, iTunes is a hot mess and I truly wish there was some alternative that actually worked. It is tragic that iTunes has been getting worse and worse with every new update. Now the search function is just utter garbage.
From my understanding, with the very newest, they are trying to unbundle the bloat - I hope it works, because as is, I hate it every time I'm forced to use it.
