The ones I know of are France Germany and the UK
any others...

I think you have to close it and open it back again
(happened to me as well)
Got it for free in the end
 
Todays add to cart then go and pay and it gives your a price of £0.00 only via cart though :)
 
Dang, I live in the US. If only I had an account with no money so I could get these! Ahh, well.
 
iSecks just go to the UK App store and create an account through there by going to buy something but click create new account and enter everything apart from credit details you click none (Or something along those lines), for addresses just use Apple UK's address
