For the second christmas in a row, I am unable to download any of the free stuff!! Clicking on the download link just returns an error page. Any ideas?

Wrong country selected for the itunes store, wrong password? Go and see if your account is set right through the meny at "store" - "show my account" clicking on your account name in the itunes store page.

hi,

my account is fine, i use it regularly. i am clicking on a link on an e-mail sent by apple, which takes me to a web page, when clicking on the link it takes me to a page cannot be displayed error.

help!

In itunes you have at the bottom of the page "Contact us" from there i got the link below that could be useful for you to send an e-mail to apple.
