I've updated to iTunes 12.0.1 and it now shows my name in the toolbar. It's not my OS X username, but rather appears to be the name set under my iTunes billing address. How do I change or get rid of this? If I click it and go to Account Info I can set a nickname, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. I also can't find how to change or hide it in Preferences.
