iTunes 12 home library question

I used to be able to drag songs from one library to another at home, but it doesn't work anymore. I can still SEE and listen to the songs on the other computers, but cannot drag them. They are all on the same network and signed in to the same home sharing etc. They are all authorized.

Any ideas?
