iTunes 12 music transfer issue

I did a clean install, saved my iTunes folder in an external drive, transferred it when i upgraded to Yosemite.

My issue is the play count, playlists, ratings and date added are not coming up. My album art, lyrics, etc are. I copied all the files in the original iTunes library. Not sure what the issue is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ALSO i am worried about syncing this music library with my iPhone. Im assuming I should hold off until I get the above mentioned straighten out.
