iTunes 12 takes very long time to connect to Airport Express

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. On iTunes 11 it would connect within 1-2 seconds. With iTunes 12 it takes 8-10 seconds.

Quite annoying. I'm using the latest version of the Airport Express and iTunes 12 on Yosemite.
