iTunes 4.5 and streaming problem?

Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 4.5 on my PB, I haven't been able to stream links from websites. When I click on a link for a song, it will open iTunes but then just say "connecting" but will never play.

It worked in the previous version.

Anyone having similar problems or have any suggestions?
