ITunes 4.9 - "check for new episodes" changing default time from 10:00am??

Does anyone know how to change the default time for the daily Podcast check.

It has defaulted to 10:00am -I want it changed to 2:00am - but can’t find an option?

if you have it set to check daily, then it will check 24 hours from when you clicked the update button.
