I am having a hard time getting iTunes to operate on my MBP and get an unknown error message of -405054 I have read everything I could, set permissions in all the related folders and downloaded a new version of iTunes with no avail? I could use some help. My Apple TV and iPad work fine with iTunes... I cannot sync iPhone however because MBP will not open?

Thank You

Repair permissions

Go to Disk Utility, choose your HDD with your OS on it, (probably the only one) and "Repair Permissions." This fixed this same error for me. This is a good thing to run every so often anyway. Hope it works for ya. If you have other drives, maybe run it on those too.
