As I scrolled down the list of processes in activity monitor, I couldn't help but notice the glaring 32 bit next to iTunes.

Perhaps another reason Apple released Snow Leopard early is so they can announce AND release the new iTunes 9.0 (64 bit) -- with ability to run in 32 bit mode if you don't have snow leopard somehow.

Why would it have to run in 32-bit if you don't have Snow Leopard?

cause I said so. This is my theory; I can make stuff up as I go.

But seriously, I guess Leopard wouldn't have a problem, but what about Tiger?
